Good dish brush for non-stick cookware?
I have a lot of non-stick pans and don’t want to ruin them with abrasive brushes. But soft sponges don’t clean baked-on food well. Looking for something in between that’s safe for non-stick but still effective. Suggestions?

Non-stick surfaces are tricky—you need enough scrubbing power without scratching the coating. Very soft silicone brushes slide over grease but struggle with stuck bits, while hard nylon can leave micro-scratches over time. I look for medium-stiffness bristles and a slightly angled head. This 1 dish brush I’ve been using works surprisingly well on my non-stick set. It removes most residue without feeling too aggressive, and so far no visible damage after months of use. I always use a non-abrasive dish soap with it and avoid pressing too hard. If something is really burned on, I let it soak first. It’s become my go-to for everyday pots and pans.
