A Quick Question About Priorities

I was browsing https://duckdice.io/ earlier and noticed that the homepage brings together several different things. There were casino games, information related to cryptocurrencies, and some pages connected with rewards. I was not really looking for anything specific, so I ended up clicking around a bit and trying to get a general impression. What surprised me was that there wasn't one obvious starting point for me. Different visitors probably arrive with completely different interests. When you open a site like this, what usually determines where you go first?

My attention usually goes to how active the project feels overall. I like seeing whether there are updates, fresh additions, or signs that things are regularly maintained. A lot of websites can look similar at first glance, so I tend to focus on whether there is ongoing activity behind them. That gives me a better sense of what to expect over time. If everything feels current, I become more interested in exploring further. It is a habit I have developed over the years.
